Rules for Participating Book Authors (Terms and Conditions)

1. Book Eligibility

• Only published or officially self-published books may be showcased.
• Content must be relevant, appropriate, and aligned with the event theme (e.g., HSE, industry-specific, etc.).

2. Display

• Authors are responsible for providing display copies.
• The organizer reserves the right to arrange or limit display space.

3. Sales

• The publication will be displayed exclusively at the event, and sales are not permitted.

4. Conduct

• Authors must always maintain professional behavior.
• No disruptive promotion or solicitation outside of assigned areas.

5. Content Responsibility

• Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, and rights of their book content.
• Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Logistics & Security

• The organizer is not liable for lost or damaged materials.
• Authors must remove any leftover books or materials post-event day 2 before 5pm.
